Resume studio
How AI works with your resume and what to know before you send it
The studio builds a resume from your facts, reviews it and makes versions for specific jobs.
What AI added
For a job posting, AI adds what your experience is missing: duties, tasks and technologies that are plausible for the company, position and period. It does not make up numbers. Everything AI added on its own is marked separately. Confirm or remove these points: when you download, the studio reminds you if something is still unchecked. You can undo a change right after applying it, and go back to any earlier version through the history: a snapshot is saved before every AI change.
A resume for the job
Add a job and the review shows the match percentage and what is missing. A version for the job is a separate copy: your main resume does not change, and edits to it are not copied over. The cover letter is saved for the current job; if you change the job, the letter is written again.
The English version works the same way: it is a linked translated copy, not a language switch.
Length and template
Recruiters expect one or two pages. The page counter uses the same PDF you will download. If it does not fit, try the compact template, it is denser.
How it connects to the rest of Sobes
- Copilot. A context built from the resume remembers its version. After you edit the resume, refresh the context, otherwise the assistant relies on the old text.
- Auto-apply. A filter can use a studio resume: AI writes letters and answers employer tests from it. If you delete the document, applications go back to the resume on the job site.
- Mock interviews. The resume grilling checks how you defend what you wrote; the points where you stumbled show up in the studio next to the interview questions.
Without a subscription
Your first resume review is available without a subscription: the overall score and the main problems. Recommendations with ready edits and the other AI features come with a subscription.
Resume link
Anyone with the link sees the whole resume, contacts included, and can download the PDF. Edits show up right away. If you turn the link off, the old link stops working and a new one will be different.
