Telegram
Linking the bot, duplicating meetings to chats and tracker reminders
The @sobestechbot bot duplicates the course of an interview to your Telegram chats and sends reminders from the application tracker. For this, Telegram has to be linked to your sobes.tech account.
Linking
Linking happens in the bot itself: it asks for the email you registered on sobes.tech with and sends a code to that address. Telegram is linked only after you send the bot the code from the email, so nobody can link someone else's account by email alone.
The bot doesn't say whether an account with that email exists. If the email doesn't arrive, check the spam folder and that the address matches your account, then send the email again.
An account can be linked to only one Telegram profile. You can unlink it in the web dashboard under Integrations → Telegram; connected chats are removed with it.
Duplicating meetings
Transcripts and Copilot's answers can be sent to a group chat, for example to read hints on a second screen. Add the bot to the chat from your linked Telegram and allow it to send messages: the chat connects on its own, and if the bot was already there, send /addchat in the chat. Duplication to each chat is turned on and off in the dashboard on the same page.
Tracker reminders
Tracker reminders come as direct messages from the bot. If you block the bot, they stop arriving and the tracker settings show a warning. To get reminders again, unblock the bot or just send it a message.
