Teleprompter
The latest AI answer, one word at a time, at a set speed
The teleprompter shows the latest AI answer one word at a time. The current word sits on the focus line, neighboring words are dimmed, and the feed moves on its own at a set speed. This lets you say the answer smoothly without scanning the chat. The feed starts while the answer is still being generated.
Open the teleprompter with the button in the meeting panel or with Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + T. It only works during a meeting and closes by itself when the meeting ends. If it was open during your last meeting, it opens again in the next one.
Window or panel
The teleprompter button's menu sets where it's shown:
- Separate window (default) stays on top of all windows and on every desktop. You can move it and resize it by the corners; its position and size are remembered.
- Panel beside chat is embedded in the meeting window.
The separate window is hidden from screen capture while screen recording protection is on in Settings → Application → System. The panel is hidden together with the meeting window.
Controls
- Pause and resume: the button, a click on the text,
Enteror space. You can assign a pause shortcut in the keyboard shortcut settings. - "Restart current answer" starts the feed from the beginning.
- Scrolling with the wheel or arrow keys pauses the feed.
Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Wturns on click-through: clicks pass through the teleprompter window to the app underneath.
The teleprompter takes answers from the current subchat after the last context reset. In the "One answer at a time" chat mode, it shows the answer that's open.
Settings
Settings → Windows and panels → Teleprompter. Changes are visible right away in the preview and apply to both the window and the panel.

| Reading speed | How many words per minute are shown, 220 by default. |
| Punctuation pauses | The feed lingers longer after a period and a bit longer after a comma. |
| Start buffer | While the answer is being generated, the feed waits until the set number of words has arrived and only then starts. Useful if the model answers slower than you read. |
| Auto-resume | How many seconds after manual scrolling the feed continues on its own. At zero it waits for you to start it manually. |
| Hide code blocks and Hide tables | Code and tables are left out of the feed. |
| Words on screen | How many words are visible at once: 1, 3, 5 or 7. |
| Display mode | A vertical feed with the word in the center, or plain text in lines. |
| Focus position | At what height in the window the current word sits. |
The remaining settings change opacity, colors, font, text size and padding.
